DP1A was a development phase comprising 7 plots, 6 of which were included within our scope of works from concept to detailed design.
These included offices but were primarily residential areas including several low rise buildings and a traditional style narrow streetscape, all developed to be carbon neutral and in particular low irrigation demanding. ASTF were appointed as sub-consultants to Aedas Architects in Abu Dhabi.
